Publication in Food Chemistry journal 2017

Rohit Srivastava, FIPDes student from Cohort 4, has published a paper about “Kinetic study of furan and furfural generation during baking of cake models” in Food Chemistry journal. Food Chemistry publishes original research papers dealing with the advancement of the chemistry and biochemistry of foods or the analytical methods/ approach used. All papers should focus on the novelty of the research carried out. The publication was written under the supervision of the FIPDes Coordinator, Dr. Barbara REGA.
