International Lunch 2021

In November, students and staff held the annual FIPDes International Lunch.

Each student and teacher brings a culinary specialty from their country that they prepared and want to share with the rest of the class. With each dish comes a short presentation from the cook to talk about specific ingredients and the story behind the speciality.

With 24 students from about 20 different countries, this year’s lunch was a delicious mix of spicy dishes, various meat preparations, and tasty desserts.

The previous FIPDes cohort enjoyed this experience so much that they wrote a FIPDes Cookbook with recipes from 10 years of students. You can order the Cookbook here.
