On the 7th and 21st of November, students within the specialisation Food Packaging Design & Logistics visited the IKEA Test Lab at the company’s design headquarters in Älmhult, Sweden. During the site visit, students got an intense but rewarding experience with a lecture/workshop about the corrugated board used as packaging material, and a guided tour in the laboratories for testing coatings, textiles and furniture.
